Does anyone else think this should be our engagement photo?


Yes? No? It'd be the most appropriate picture of us to use....

I haven't posted much on here lately because nothing has really happened nor will it happen for months. We may already have to move the tentative date back a week, but we'll see. I'm in this weird wedding limbo. The initial excitement wore off (the other day this man who ushers at the theatre came up to me and said, "I just heard the good news! Congratulations!!" I said, "Wait. What good news? Oh, right! Thanks! Hahahahaha!") and we can't actually plan anything this far in advance anyway so for the next couple of months we will TRY to save money and maybe I'll get the balls to ask Jenny if she'd like to design and make a wedding dress. John suggested I do it and now every time I see her she seems too busy. It's such a great idea, though, so I really want to.

That's it. That's the day we're getting married, barring any unforeseen technical difficulties. We could definitely change this. In fact, it's probably likely to be changed... but right now, that's what we're aiming for (and what I keep saying the date is when I enter contests).

I wonder what that day will be like. Will there be a huge snow storm and no one will be able to make it? Will there be a random Ohio winter warm spell? Will I wear a blue dress instead of white? Will there be chocolate cake and red velvet cake? Can I convince Starbucks to sponsor our wedding since we'll have coffee? Only time will tell...
